How to Make Keskül Recipe (Ottoman Cuisine)?

Good Blessed Days to Everyone

I would like to share with you a delicious almond scented milk dessert recipe (keskül) that I also love very much, which has come from the Ottoman Empire to the present day 🍮🍮
Put milk, sugar, egg yolk, starch and rice flour into a pot and whisk.
Add almond powder, coconut, then add vanillin with sugar and whisk well.
Put the pot over medium heat and cook by whisking continuously until it thickens and becomes thick and thick.
Divide it into bowls and cool it outside until it reaches room temperature, then cool it completely in the refrigerator and serve.

Bon Appetit

✏ Note: I break our own almonds and put them in water, after peeling the shells, I grind them well in a food processor and use them. You can also buy unsalted raw almonds and do it that way.
